I love the Halo warthog, it is by far my favorite vehicle and driving it is for sure top 3 favorite things to do. My concern in Infinite is that the durability of it so so weak. On top of having not being strong, as an armored car should be, the self destruct for vehicles is not a good feature. After winning a warthog fight with the other teams warthog and getting shot a couple times by a AR it goes right into self destruct. If these things change so us as the players can go on more epic warthog runs I believe it will make infinite a lot more fun. The only counter argument I can think to this is that if its stronger it will be overpowered due to the chain gun being very accurate and very powerful, if a cooldown feature like the one in Halo Reach was added I think that would be a good compromise. I do understand that if we are talking “Lore Accurate” any spartan on foot would be able to destroy any of those vehicles in a matter of seconds but that erases the fun driving around racking up kills.
