Has anyone else been unable to redeem this reward in-game? I claimed it on Twitch, but apparently the reward never redeemed itself on Halo Waypoint. I talked to the support people on Halo Waypoint and they basically said, “Well we can’t do anything about it, but we’ll let the devs know of this issue so it doesn’t happen again.” This is the first time I’ve had issues with Twitch drops not appearing in Halo Infinite. Could this have anything to do with me playing on PC? This happened when I first downloaded the game on my PC and have been playing on my OG Xbox One up to this point.

I have the same problem here bro. And I played on PC and Xbox. This is so sad they don’t even want to help or try to solve it. How hard could it be just to unlock this for us? Or reward us with something else right? Have you heard anything back at all? Create a ticket bro you are not the only one there are a lot more people that have the same issue. I’ve had this issue from the drops from the winter tournament 3 months ago, I too opened a support ticket. They have done nothing to fix the problem and probably never will.

Creating a ticket was the first thing I did. What I wrote in this post is what they told me. They also said in their last email they sent me that they’ll be closing the ticket and they sent a link to help me prevent something like this from happening again. In other words, “That sucks bro. I hope it doesn’t happen again. Not our problem.” That’s what it seems like to me.
They also said that they can’t give us purchases that didn’t redeem (even though this isn’t a purchase, but a reward). I think that’s bull since they have the power to give us random rewards for logging in during a specific time frame. They just as easily could give us the Twitch drops that don’t redeem in halo waypoint for those of us who rightly earned them.

The drop did not show up for me so I followed their supplied article to unlink and relink my account now I’m stuck with the “…” username with no way to recover it. There may be a glitch whit their API to Twitch so hopefully they figure it out. Here is the response from my ticket:
*Thank you for contacting Halo Support. *
*We will take note of the steps that you have conducted to relink your Twitch to Halo Waypoint, seeing as that you’ve referenced from our support article in doing this. We’ll keep the ticket in file and relay its information to the development team for further review and investigation. *
*We do not have any new troubleshooting or workarounds as of this moment but we’ll contact you once we do, or if we have any new information to relay. *
In the meantime, please do submit a new ticket should you encounter other issues in the game or at the Halo Waypoint website/app.

Same, it’s showing as “…” when I unlinked my twitch to see if relinking it would push the Victory Shout Pose twitch drop. Wish I hadn’t done it as before it was showing my twitch username correctly, now it’s totally messed it up with this “…”. Please fix this

Not sure if it would help, but have you contacted Twitch?
That really sucks, though. I haven’t had trouble with Twitch drops yet.

Yes we have and they have told me pretty much " is not our problem. Contact the game developer (343) so yeah nobody wants to fix the problem of being responsible for it

343 need to implement the fix their end, this happened back in December same thing & they fixed it then so they need to fix it again.

Still waiting for my drops. Opened a support ticket and explained that others had reported the issue on the forum. Only to be told to try unlinking my account. Why would I want to do that if I risk not being able to relink it again?
Is this what we have to contend with now? Outsourced support who don’t even properly read your emails?

I tried relinking my account. It relinked successfully, but still no drops.
They closed my ticket saying they’d forward it on to the Devs but that there was nothing they could do about the missing drop.
That being said: at least my Twitch Username is now showing up on the connection again. So it seems that at least that is working now.
I now have my Victory Shout Pose!!! It dropped I to the game today, also my correct Twitch username has appeared instead of the “…”. Check your game now as it looks like they have fixed it.
