Still waiting for some kind of ranked update… we all know there’s several issues with cheaters and constant quitters and you always penalize the teammates of the quitters. Even starting games without a full team and still losing points it’s ridiculous. The game is way more stressful than fun like this. Also need to add the ability to rejoin a match after a game crash or disconnection. Would solve a quitting problem as well as people would just keep getting put back into the game they quit out of. Please do something to fix any of the things I mentioned I’m literally begging you.

Useless? Reach and later MCC improved it with matchmaking but it’s far from useless. Make some friends, party up, and defend against waves of enemies.

It’s sad for us players, and you, developers.
Players, our only power is either to voice our objections on a forum, hoping it will be heard, or not to purchase a product to dispute strange decisions on a huge license like Halo.
Sad for you, dev’, video game enthusiasts, you’re going to spend your time creating items for a shop, helmets, horns, cat ears, but no female bodies?
Ok I’m not getting full, I’m not playing the game for now, there’s a lot more urgent to fix than the shop, but I know you need money, no problem new players you will give plenty, I’m sure.
See you soon, perhaps.

Uhhh, there IS a very feminine body type.

How about look at your dang screen. With your eyes. How bout fix it yesterday.

I’ve been quite the fanboy and have been trying to be supportive and patient. But this crap response proves that you’re just a bunch of Di C K S.

Only thing I’ve harped on before today was the KbM vs Controller issues (unbalanced AF). But I took matters in to my own hands (Punny) and just purchased a controller.

However, the lack of effort on your part to actually fix the issues in this game is starting to wear on my support. In other words, you are starting to lose even your most loyal supporters.

The game is free unless you talk about cosmetics?

Yeah, there is, it’s just hidden under the armor… I guess the idea is that the armor is so bulky you don’t see much going underneath…

For me it’s aligned ok, which means it’s a bigger issue than just wonky attachment points, it must somehow tie to resolution or other settings, which possibly may be harder to fix.

I work on graphics for a living. It’s not a resolution issue. The visor is not centered, you can see how the middle of it does not align to where the Spartans nose would be when you look straight on. And the mohawk sticks off the back of the Spartans head by quite a bit when you look at it in profile.

It’s not a resolution issue, trust me.

Good news, thanks for the update!

We need to buy more skins, clearly they don’t have the resources to roll out a functioning update in 3 months.

This nonsense won’t stop until people stop playing the game.

This needs to be ALL hands on deck, get teams together and find a solution that works by the weekend. If people don’t find solutions, bring people in that do.

We’re talking major MAJOR functions of the game are failing or failed…

Thank you 343 for completely wrecking an iconic franchise. Everything from the obvious RAMPANT cheating, to weekly challenges not being awarded, laughable de-sync issues and lets not forget money gouging for cosmetics (some that arent even placed properly), and all in all releasing an incomplete game (No Co-Op)…

*heavily edited because, ya know 1st amendment and all that…

Dude, they just said they will move those over a few pixels four months from now. You need to chillax. Just let them have one more vacation and by the time season 3 rolls around we might have the game we paid for.

My bad… Was a bit rude of me to expect what I paid for. Apologies… here 343 lemme go buy all the skins in th HCS store to make up for it…

Frank O’Connor just smiled in his sleep.

Seriously, no one cares about the damn store, go make a good halo in the first place

And odst introduced firefight.

So halo infinite is supposed to be a live service game and updatable yet they limit their ability to update it. What happened to the “most updatable slipspace engine”? Why is the UI not updatable. Frankly I can’t care less about the store. Maybe if they fix it I will buy some things but I never bought dlc for games unless it was halo map packs etc.

Just fix the main issues in the game. Stability, servers, btb, the inconsistent bleed through, the desync. I have had countless game where I’m headshotting a guy 3 times and he doesn’t die. I’ve had games where I get melee once and I die with barely any damage when I fully cracked their shield and my melee doesn’t do jack.

These server issues and problems need to be fixed. I didn’t have these problems in the flights which is so weird.

After issues fixed, this game needs more maps, playlists, forge and coop…if you aren’t going to make maps 343 let the community do it.

So much for live service and updatable. Should have delayed the game and extra year

343 could have capitalized hard on this game because they nailed the gameplay mechanics and fun aspect but the issues just get so frustrating.

I’m hoping that Season 2 serves as a V2.0 of sorts at this point.

I love Halo Infinite. It’s a great game.

I won’t pretend to know what goes into game development or working on a live service title, but seeing other studios fix their issues with cosmetics, such as Fortnite patching the back bling attachments on the Spider-Man skins so quickly, I can’t help but wonder what makes aligning those two items such a time consuming task.

My guess it that they’re low priority fixes. They’re still trying to figure out so many other things with the game such as the Big Team Battle fix, but I’d really love to have some insight into what goes on behind the scenes to make these things work.

I’m not saying that to ridicule 343 Industries. I genuinely believe their jobs are far harder than any of us can comprehend. I remember trying to learn C++ and it took me several hours to make a calculator that could only multiply or divide, lol.

I just think some of the confusion and frustration would taper off if we saw more of what went into these seemingly ‘simple’ fixes.

Either way, I’m glad they’re being acknowledged.

A lot of the changes from launch have been for the better.

I went from getting 4 battle pass levels in about a week (several hours of playtime) to finishing the battle pass a month ago.

I’ve enjoyed leveling the free event passes and last week’s weekly reward was something I really wanted to work towards.

The game in super fun and despite my concerns on certain aspects, I keep reminding myself that I bought MCC at launch (and went to the midnight release) and compare that game from then to now.

I don’t think players should have to wait years for a game to achieve it’s real potential but I don’t think the devs, community managers, and so on want us to wait that long either.

I don’t think it would be outlandish to call Season 1 the real beta for Infinite.

I’ll also admit that it makes me happy to see so many people remembering Halo 5 more fondly now. I always loved that game and felt pretty alone with how fast everyone turned on it, haha.

Sorry for attaching to your post for such a rant - but I feel what you’re saying.

Regardless, I’m not going anywhere.

I think we’re all here because we love Halo - and we just want it to be the best.

:person_shrugging: :blue_heart:

Ok I was expecting some different things to be addressed. I dont care about the shop , I care about earning in game. I finished the cyber showdown in one day been finished the battle pass for weeks. I don’t want to do the weekly because I have to play dumb attrition again. And I can’t even pick my my game mode in quick play so I been playing Fiesta only. Here is something easy you can do just remove launch site . That would make it a better game.
