Can you please fix the graphical judder in both campaign and multiplayer? I want this game to run smooth as butter on Xbox series x

Iâm having an awful time playing the game because Iâm forced to play modes I donât want to play to progress anything with your challenges.
The game is A LOT better when I can just play what I want to play, and not what you dictate that I should play.
Gotta be real, I think youâre overvaluing these XP Boosts and Challenge Swaps if five of each is considered adequate compensation for the biggest mode being completely broken for a month.
Other F2P games give out free skins and currency for intermittent problems that last a few days, never mind a very continuous problem that lasts several weeks.
If your using a known glitch to force coop mode you know the risks.
Does 343 have any idea how many challenge swaps the average player that actively completes the Capstone Challenge has needed to use each week - just to get rid of challenges that were in broken game modes? (BTB, FFA, etc.)

No no thatâs not what I meant. It has been pretty much proved that the corrupted save file glitch is often due to the game thinking a 2nd player signed in while the game being currently unable to support coop.

Amen. I had 2 last week that I had to swap.
No, their product has been functionally broken for over a month. People have paid money into this game, there are zero excuses, especially after a year-long delay. It is irresponsible for any business to take cash from customers when they canât provide adequate service.
BTB has been almost non-functional since the first update, challenges havenât been tracking statistics properly so people have had to effectively do them twice or even three times. The bug where the HUD disappears is a constant problem for many people. PC performance is abysmal considering this game runs on Xbox One. These problems also compound on top of the limited challenge swaps where some people have missed out on the weekly rewards because of BTB being broken. Edit: Also, countless people couldnât even redeem their free Twitch rewards despite accounts being linked, we had major problems with that too.
Every single player who has put up with this should be given 500 Credits as compensation, along with far more Challenge Swaps and XP Boosts.

Yes, I am entitled to what I paid for, same as everybody else. I have invested money into this game, just as countless others have. A F2P game is still a product, it still gets its money from people paying into the system. It is inexcusable for the product to be broken when money is exchanging hands. You donât defend a car manufacturer when the vehicle you own falls to pieces the moment it leaves the dealer.
