Hours ago the gladiators edge coating went live via twitch drops for the battle rifle in game as well as a weapon charm, after watching a stream for an hour the drop was ready to be claimed at which rate I did so, several hours and a support ticket on twitch later and the items have still not been applied to my account. Note I have previously claimed and use a majority of the prior drops so the issue is not on my end. I have no faith anything will come from my support ticket to twitch but maybe somebody here can shed light on this problem that shouldn’t even exist. Rough rough state halo as a franchise is in and continually I have personally been shafted when trying to engage with what there is.

I have the same issue; I watched the stream and even pressed the claim button. When I checked for br coating in game I couldn’t find anywhere in the selection (not even in the locked coatings, as it seems like the coating doesn’t even exist in-game). I came here to check if anyone else had the same issue and it seems it’s not only me who faced this issue.

So I wake up today hoping to find that my non issue, issue had been resolved but instead found an email from twitch help telling me that they weren’t sure which twitch drops I was referring in my support ticket, besides the fact I stated quite clearly that it was the most recent drop claimed on my account smh. I had to put in another support ticket today detailing their own error to them once again. Judging on how poor the response has been from twitch help I’ll probably receive an email around 7pm est tomorrow evening. Just for once I was hoping twitch wouldn’t be on their bull*hit but no, I was dead wrong. Can’t blame 343i or Microsoft on this because this is clearly twitch at fault.
Edit: wish I could send the picture that I put in the ticket of my claimed drops on twitch as their request, because I’m posting on the official halo fourms and can tell there’s a few others having my problem and nothing is being done on 343i or Microsoft’s end to rectify it. So I guess this somehow did turn into 343i’s problem.

Cant say what’s causing this for certain it’s the only time I’ve ever had a drop not go through to my account lol personally I claimed the charm in the actual drops section where you see progress, and when I clicked claim on it, it greyed out the br coating and said claimed under it so I assumed it applied to my account, over 24hours later here now and still have yet to receive my items.

Same. Only the BR and trophy charm though, all the other drops worked fine. The BR skin is really the only one I want and it’s not available.

I still have not gotten a straight answer. I connected my account 8 months ago and never had a problem till this drop.

Well I submitted a ticket to them including everything you stated and got an email, an automated response asking me to type what the problem was again in the email so I’m not even sure that’s going to get looked at… this entire thing has been stupid and actually if it’s not solved here shortly is cause enough for me to thro this franchise away for good full stop. Fed up with 343i

As per recommendation above, I contacted Twitch and Halo Support.
I did not receive both the Gladiator’s Edge - BR and Gladiator’s Edge - Armors.

The exact same thing happened to me I seriously don’t know why they haven’t said anything and it’s pretty upsetting. I even through in a couple support tickets to 343 and twitch and haven’t gotten any helpful news just the same thing I’ve been trying.

I had the same issue! I took screenshots of my connection to waypoint and twitch, plus my claim on in the twitch inventory. I sent the screenshots to halo support as they requested but 3 days later I still don’t have the gladiator Armor Coating?
Someone previously gave a list of things to send to halo waypoint support, after doing that I was reached out to by halo waypoint support and was told they don’t know what’s going on and need to talk to the development team about how to fix this, I asked then if I should expect to not receive the items since it’s been almost a week later and gotten no reply to that comment. Shady work as usual

They have told the devs about the problem and said they’re contacting people about “new information or steps for you to try” lol this has entirely been 343’s fault contrary to what I previously though, twitch has on record I own the items it’s 343i not giving them to me. I shouldn’t have to take any steps to resolve anything and if I hadn’t have reached out nothing would be done for my specific case, so anyone who’s having this same problem contact halo waypoint support and fill out a ticket with screenshots because if you don’t they may just ignore you.
343 will ask you to rectify the issue with twitch. Provided both with all screenshots they ask for and still nothing. 343 will tell you that they’ll put it in development notes and may contact you for any further information. Which basically means we’ll not help you.

All they would have to do is give you the code to redeem being that 343 asked you to look at your redeem history. Gladiators Edge Bundle and On Track bundle shows in redeem history but not not Gladiator’s Edge - Br and HaloWC Trophy charm. All 343 has to do make this right for all of us is give us a code. That’s it there is your work around. Unlikely that ever happened.

I want to point out that butterfinger, monster energy, rockstar energy, Oreo cookies/nutter butter all did a better job at looking at screenshots of receipts then 343 recognizing there was a mix up and can add the code themselves or give us one to correct the issue.
