I can’t join a game of multiplayer whatsoever and i don’t know why i can use weapon drills but when i try multiplayer it’ll load for 5-10 min before kicking me back to the main menu i don’t get any message just kicked back i i verified the game files and reinstalled it I’m losing hope this is a last hail mary before i give up
Same it connects me to a game but never leaves the black screen then back to main menu.
How I got mine to work… I purchased the battle pass for 250 credits, you start with 3000. Then I closed Infinite and did a hard reset where I even unplugged the Xbox. Then relaunched the game. Got the weapon academy and bot slayer to work. Hope this helps.
I had this happen when I first booted the game up. Try fully exiting out of the game and then reloading it.
Send a ticket on the halo insider support, this techncical previews is made for this problems and they need our helps for this troubles

yeah i’ve tried everything i notice in the top right corner i’ll sometimes see an offline icon but it disappears before i can check it out thanks for the information but i dont know if i want to try anymore
I got invited to the tech preview on xbox and when I tried to play it it shows a message that says the next “Your account is not authorized to play Halo Infinite”
Unplugging just worked for me
OK so hard reset got me 2 games now back unable to join. Have just noticed that it thinks I’m offline

I’m glad you got to play! i play on steam so i cant hard reset but now im sure it has to do with it thinking im offline
