How are we only a few days from march and Theater Mode is still this f—ing broken? Had an amazing match that I wanted to go back and clip from different perspectives at certain points for a reel…and I can’t even clip the match from 1st person view because of a slew of issues.

  • the recording starts by putting the camera in first person mode (in an enemies perspective) but its telling the audience its me…WTF
  • I switch to my character and the camera follows until I die and then switches to the starting character again (again, an enemy…not me) …WTF
  • While in my actual characters POV…the AI audio is still set to the original enemy the recording thinks is me…so killstreaks and other audio ques aren’t coinciding with my gameplay…WTF

the list of b—s— continues but this just makes Theater mode absolutely unusable for what its intended.

Yes, theater needs some serious work. I remember the good old days of being able to create match highlights within theater itself. Now if I get a really awesome play and I don’t clip it in game, then RIP.

Also, I remember seeing clips (I think early H5?) from my friends show up on my Xbox feed, now the only time I see their clips is if they send me a link. Not sure why that went away.

Finally, I often see some pretty uninteresting clips on my Xbox home screen with the pinned Halo Infinite game hub. Not sure how those clips make it to be featured.

yeah I opened a post before with the same issue, looks like they exported all the issues from halo 5 theater mode
