I have seen many players with customized emblems; however, when I go to the customization tab and look for the option where I may find where to customize my emblem or service tag, it is greyed and not available to interaction. Any one can inform me where I can hago to customize my service tag/emblem? Thank you all.
I have a friend who has an apple phone. He was able to log into the beta version of the Halo Waypoint mobile app to customize his emblem and tag. From the looks of it it isn’t possible yet in the current version of the flight in game or from the android version of the mobile app as it won’t even let me open it

I have also logged into the new beta version of Halo Waypoint. It seems that as for now there is no way to customize your spartan ID from there either. Was your friend in the first test flight? Are you saying that the members of the first flight have been the only ones able to customize thier spartan IDs?

From the first flight 343 was testing out the halo waypoint mobile app and people including me were able to change our emblems. In this flight they are testing the new waypoint website which doesn’t allow this yet
