Halo Infinite Technical Preview code duplicate?

I was sent the key for the most recent flight of Halo Infinite, but as I try to redeem it on Steam, it says that it’s a duplicate which has already been used. I had looked through these forums, but most of the posts seem to be posts older than the last couple days, and was people presumably trying to use previous flight keys. My message with the key was sent just a few minutes ago, but I wasn’t a part of the previous flight, so I’m unsure what’s going on with it. And thanks for any feedback!

Same issue here. Saw the current Infinite flight code on Waypoint, went to redeem it, but Steam’s telling me it’s a duplicate code.

yea, you only need the code once
I have had this happen with the MCC on Steam
I do not get why they send multiple codes

you are lucky you got a code at all bud
I got an email saying I got in and would get a code, and its been up for like an hour or so
and I have no way to get in… so, yea…

anyway, it is just steam, if you already own Halo Infinite Insider, which you would if you got into the first test
then you dont need a code for the current test. You already OWN “Halo Infinite Insider” launcher.
Steam does not let you have duplicate products on your account.

The issue is that I wasn’t in the original flight, so I don’t have the insider, it’s just showing the code as a dupe, so I’m kind of lost. And of course, I am thankful that I got the code, just trying to reach out for help.

I’m getting the “Duplicate Product Code” error as well.

me too i got sent two codes both wont work

There was an issue with duplicate/invalid Steam keys earlier, resulting in codes having to be re-generated and published a few times. 343 have resolved this issue now and distributed new and working codes to everyone affected. If for any reason your new code still does not work, please file a support ticket on the Insider Support Site.
