Halo Infinite story predictions

Hi everyone,if you are in this forum then you must obviously be a fan of Halo so weather or not you have played all of the Halo games or just Halo 5,
I wanna know what you guys think will happen in Halo Infinite (story/campaign)
Will locke make an appearance?
Does chief and the Arbiter team up again for possibly their last missions?
Whatever you think will happen, share it here with us!

I think locke will defnitly be seen in halo 6 him amd his team played to much of a big part in halo 5 to just be cut out but i am glad they have decided to concentrate more on master chief! Biggest thing for me is wanting to see wjat happens with cortana!.. in my opinion she went to far in halo 5 and killed to many people (trying to destroy planets etc) which is a same cause i love the chemistry her and john have/had…

I want to see what happens to the Spirit of Fire, Master Chief, Cortana, and Agent Locke. I also want some missions with Master Chief, Agent Locke, and Arbiter fighting alongside each other, kind of like in Halo 3.

Those are all good ideas for a good campaign story line. I can’t wait to see what they have come up with, whatever it is I’m sure it’ll be a good one though.:+1:

Humans and Elites will have to rally the rest of the Galaxy’s races to rise up against the Created. Or the Flood will have to be unleashed to battle Cortana and then we will have to deal with the Flood.

I think that Halo Infinite should be somewhat like ODST where you can switch into different squad perspectives; One mission there’s Blue Team, other mission with Swords of Sanghelios, other with the remnants of Alpha Nine, other with Red Team and maybe a little bit of Fireteam Osiris. This is why I think the campaign should also be over 20-30 missions lasting for hours with an amazing story

Unleashing the Flood to defeat Cortana is a really stupid idea. With the Prometheans around, whatever amount of Flood that ended up escaping or being freed from containment would be dealt with swiftly. If the Flood were able to somehow survive and escape to form a Gravemind, then that would just make things 10x worse.

The Prometheans didn’t do -Yoink- to stop the Flood the first time around and releasing the Flood is about getting a Gravemind to mess with Cortana the same way they did to Mendicant Bias.

Im pretty sure we’ll be encountering the Flood again… :smiling_imp:

That’s because the first time around they didn’t exist until the end of the war and they were far too few in number to change anything then. At this point in time though, there are a ton of them due to the Didact composing a ton of humans during the very end of the original conflict and composing New Phoenix after the Chief freed him from his Cryptum. Considering that we’ve only seen Halo rings have infection forms and a few pure forms stored on them for research, it would be easy for an army of Prometheans to deal with them. As for the Gravemind, I know genius, I’m saying that it’s just a really stupid idea because corrupting the AIs with the logic plague would just then give the Gravemind control of them, which is worse than having Cortana in control.
