Obviously the story will be long over completed now with the game coming out later this year but im hoping they have really dug deep on this one and correct alot of issues that i felt halo 5 let me down on when it came to the story… i hope all the story in halo infinite and the time betweeen halo 5 and infinite is explained in the actual game and they dont spread it out over short audio clips or books like they have done in the past! But most of all i want to discuss with other fans of this great franchuse the direction you are hoping the story will go in!.. i for one felt cortana did not need to be brought back as the villain for halo 5! She needed to be brought back yes but to make her character all of a sudden have such a major transformation was to much but im hoping that in halo infinite they will not kill cortana off or replace her with another A.I for master chief even if it is another cortana model! For me halo is master chief snd cortana and for them to replace her with another model that didnt share all those past experiences with john and build such a emotional relationship with him would be killing the franchise! I really hope they put cortanas actions in halo 5 down to the logic plague or some sort of corruption either from gravemind, didact or forerunner system she interacted with so much in halo 4! Let me hear all your great expectations for the story in halo infinite as i do enjoy seeing what others have come up with and are hoping to see in future halo games in relation to the story!
