So maybe someone will be able to help me on here? I got the code for the steam flight for Infinite, successfully downloaded it, but when the game launches none of the menus load. Every menu is stuck on the looped UNSC logo. I can’t access, weapon drills, customization, shop page, multiplayer, or training modes. The only menu that seems to work is are the settings. So far Halo support has ignored my multiple tickets. I’ve tried tweeting the official Halo support account, Halo account, Xbox account, and received absolutely zero feedback. At this point I can only assume that I, personally, have been excluded from the Infinite flight for some reason and every Halo support employee has been instructed to ignore any request for help from me.

I have figured out that a way to enter a game is to party up with a friend, which allows me to join his game and experience Halo Infinite in its unrefined (performance wise), yet highly potential glory. My favorite moment was running up to someone and punching them in the face. Though I returned to the menu and was met once more by my adversary, Mr. Unending Loading Screens.
I am sure 343 will fix this issue eventually, but I may not experience it as dealing with loading screens and being tethered to experience the game through joining a friend has bummed me out.

Great, now I only need to find a friend who plays halo
I highly doubt that I’m going to be getting into the flight at all at this point. It’s been so long with zero response from anything I can safely assume that there won’t be a fix for this in time for me to get to play at all.

I’ve found out that there is a menu that sorta loads for training. I can hear sfx when I move the analog stick on my controller, but I can’t select anything. Can’t do anything on the weapon drill screen.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THIS
After clicking enter (PC) I enter into the main lobby menu and from there ABSOLUTELY NOTHING will load up. No other menu, not custamize not multiplayer, training mode, nothing. My news box as well as the box on the top rite of the main lobby all show loading circles, i left it for an hour and nothing ever loaded. Long story made short nothing will load after entering the main lobby.
I have completed my battle pass, or so it says. Played a dozen games yesterday with no problem. Not sure whats going on. Is it the servers?
EDIT: Just realized beta starts 10-2 PT and not EST. i believe that is the issue. (Face Palm) lmao

EXACT issue I’m having right now. Weapon drills load perfectly fine, multiplayer menu never gets past the flashing UNSC logo. 
I’m also having somewhat the same issue, I cant even load the game lmao on steam. Everything is up to date as well but it will not load what so ever so I cant even get into the actual game itself.

Yes its 11:45 right now on PT time so it should be running and its not for some reason.

FIXED: These issues were resolved for me by ending Hamachi in task manager. I also went ahead and just uninstalled it for good measure. All menus load now and profile is up to date. Thanks to StringedHades12 for mentioning this as a fix for their issues.
I’ve waited earlier and logged on around 5PM PT when the servers launched and I still had the same issue, so I’ve ruled it out being a server problem, it is just a bug where nothing wants to load in. I have resorted to only being able to play the game through partying up with a friend.
