Oh that’s what you’re asking. You didn’t say.
OS: Win10 (can’t upgrade to 11 for, some BIOS reason.)
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-11700KF @ 3.60GHz, 3600Mhz, 8 Core(s)
16GB RAM
If you want more detailed info you’ll have to tell me how to find it.

Do you know if it’s one stick of 16GB RAM or two x 8GB sticks? Also need to know your GPU.

It’s 2 sticks. Also whoops, thought I included the graphics card, my bad.
It’s an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070.

Ok, go to task manager and click on performance., then click on memory and to the right it’ll say speed. What speed shows?

3200 MHz. Appreciate the assistance btw.
NP. Ok, go to Nvidia control panel and click on system information. Then look for resizable bar on the right I believe. It should say yes if it’s enabled.

Looks like Resizable BAR is indeed disabled.
Ok, that’s a big performance loss. You need to enable that in your BIOS. Do you know what motherboard you have?

lol, not a clue. Always terrified to edit BIOS too, definitely can’t afford to make mistakes with it so that’s why I haven’t. Let’s see… Look slike I’ve got a Z590-A PRO (MS7D09).
Like if I make any mistakes that I can’t fix, I can’t even afford to take this to a repair shop, y’know? So I’ve been utterly terrified to change anything.
You’ll be fine, this is a simple thing to do. Looks like MSI but let me look it up real quick

I found this guide on YouTube. You know how to get into your bios? Just restart your PC and spam the delete kit…

Oh yeah, hit F10 when you’re done changing it. Select save and restart and it’ll boot back up.

Do you have any idea how terrifying the phrase, “Restart your PC and spam the delete key” is? lmao. Just saying.
lol I didn’t come up with it, but that’s how you do it.

Guh, alright. I’ll see what I can do. I’ll keep you updated.
here’s another one that shows you how to exactly get to it, no idea why MSI doesn’t show thins…

Hot take I don’t think MSI likes its customers too much.
Hopefully that’s a little better for you. If you get lost and can’t find it just hit F10 and it’ll probably say no changes were made, just accept that and it boot back to windows.

Okay, Resizable BAR is now enabled. So what do I do from here?
EDIT: Oh consarnit, sound’s busted, gotta’ fix that… (Always route it through my monitor, personal reasons)
EDIT 2: Sound’s fine, was routing to the wrong monnie. lmao.

pretty much enjoy it now. If you’re running Vsync in halo under settings, turn it off and unlock your framerate.
There’s also a few settings in Nvidia control panel you can change.
I go over everything here in this post…
