What are the chances of the upcoming Halo Infinite set on both locations: the Halo Ring and Earth? And, could a final battle happened on those locations?
Too soon to tell really. But I’ll just make an assumption for the sake of discussion and say that Infinite will likely take place entirely on Zeta Halo since 343 wants this to be a simple story. H5 did so much world hopping that we barely had time to enjoy our environment before we were jumping right into a new one.
I’m for a Halo-contained story. It’d be good to get back to basics for the series. As HappyPlace said, though, way too soon to say for sure.
Just Halo seems most likely. Maybe some DLC missions could be added later though that take place in other locations? Akin to Spartan Ops? Doubt it, but it could be cool.
Well considering a Halo Installation has many variations of environments, ecosystems and biomes I’d argue an “experience” can easily be done on a Ringworld that is refreshing.
