Halo Infinite requires DX 12 but with Feature Level 11 or 12?

Hello! So I’ve this doubt, in the Microsoft Store for example you can see that the game need a GPU with Directx 12 with a Feature Level 11

The problem is this, a lot of people that have some old gpu with DX 12 support (but with Feature Level 11 most of the times) and 4GB or more of vram can’t launch the game and receive an error saying: “…missing feature: Hardware Tiled Resources Tier 2…”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the feature “Hardware Tiled Resources Tier 2” is available on gpu with DX 12 with a Feature Level 12, so are the written requirements wrong or they forgot like to enable the support for the Feature Level 11 (if is possible, I’m not a developer)

Thank you ^^

Anyone? I think the error is related to feature level, because I’m able to launch the game on my Intel HD 530 that is DX 12 Feature Level 12, but I can’t launch it on a more powerful dedicated gpu, Nvidia GTX, that is DX 12 Feature Level 11.

The kind of problem is that on the System Requirements of the Microsoft Store, it is stated that requires DX 12 with Feature Level 11

I opened a support ticket asking if they ever plan on supporting DX Feature Levels below 12, and their response was essentially telling me “I dunno, go to the forums, I guess.”

Not sure if there’s an actual answer out there or if that was the equivalent of being told to go bark at a brick wall respectfully.
