Whats up with the plasma pistol not disabling vehicles? is this not implemented yet or did the UNSC finally upgrade their stuff with ESD protection?
the plasma pistol now only has one place in the sandbox and thats shield breaking. its one dimensional and boring, give it back its usefulness.
