The game will require a minimum of 4gb VRAM… the GT 1030 2gb is only half of that, so no, it will not work. I honestly don’t think 2gb is enough for any game in 2021. The GT 1030 is also only 120$ brand new lol, that should tell you all you need to know. PC gaming is expensive. I would recommend you get the xbox series S for around 300$
