Halo Infinite needs an Edit feature (Arena)

So I have been playing COD Vanguard a lot with my friends lately and full disclosure IT SUCKS!!! I only play it and enjoy it because friends I made through Xbox live years ago plays and I enjoy playing anything with friends.

Vanguard is full of bugs glitches, cheaters, poor graphics, poor gameplay the list goes on (HALO IS 100 TIES BETTER) But there is one thing they do that 343 needs to copy and that’s the edit feature.

First my group plays hardcore and you can edit between Core (regular gameplay) and hardcore than it has the 8 game modes where you can uncheck the ones you do not want to play
Example we only really play Patrol, Hard Point (King of the hill) and kill confirm

Off Topic please 343 create a kill confirm gameplay for BTB (IT NEEDS MORE) you can do it where you drop your AI when you die and although in last spartan standing it takes to long holding down X to grab the players dropped AI it is a really fast X button push to level up. so keep it at that speed instead of just running through it.

So why don’t 343 just put everything possible to play in Arena including Slayer, Tactical Slayer, and fiesta but with an edit button where you can mark just the game modes you wish to play

so think about it, quick play would have Capture the flag, One flag, Oddball, Stronghold, Team slayer, fiesta, King of the Hill, Land grab?, Attrition, Vampire ball, Rocket repulsor, Ninja Slayer, Tactical slayer, and what ever other gameplay you have but the fire team leader or you playing solo goes to the edit option and only mark one flag, King of the Hill and Stronghold so those are the only games it looks for. 343 can even make it where you must at least check a minimum of 3 game modes marked to search through or just put in warning that the more game modes you check the faster to find a game.

This give players the power to play the games they want and not be forced through games they do not like and when they have a challenge involving a specific game mode, they will not have to play though so many other game modes to get to that one game that you need.

I truly strongly believe an Game Edit option will bring about a bigger quality of life change for the game.

I actually don’t think I’ve seen a check mark in this game outside of the settings. But I think it would work in the “Game list”

What I never said this game has a check mark I was giving an example in Vanguard you go into the edit option and actually they are not checks but dots you click the ones you do not want to take off the dots I am saying if Quick play did a similar thing that way you can check just the modes you wish to play.

RogueMyst07 My apology I now understand what you were saying, instead of creating an edit tab you can just go into the game list that is already part of Quick play and mark the games you only want to play or unmark the ones you do not, that would be much easier and although not a programmer I feel doing that would be easier to program.

They could even do so with Team Slayer I went to the game list and noticed now there are AR start slayer and BR start slayer so if you only want to play the BR start slayer just check them or unmark the AR
start maps.

I feel giving us the players the choices would go a long way.
