For hackers/cheaters, seriously, the game is gonna be free to play and this is gonna be a gateway for hackers/cheaters/smurfs you name it, unless the game has a proper report system at launch then it will see this unforgiving future for the game.
343 you have all the power in your hands to do this right, look at all the other F2P games like Team Fortress 2,Apex and so on that are free to play and the number of hackers in it.
Of course they’re gonna have a report feature, however ask yourself this, WHY WOULD YOU NEED TO REPORT SOMEONE IN THE FLIGHT?
They recently implemented it into MCC so I have a feeling they already have it set for HI.
