This game plays great. It brings me back to my halo 3 glory days but, come on guys. I really hope there will be more content released on December 8 because what is out now is not enough. I don’t like odd ball but I have to play it. WHY IS THIS A THING. How hard is it to give your customers the option to pick the game modes that they like to play. Give me options and give me xp for my in match achievements. I guess I’m confused. Why would you bring back all of the game play mechanics and art style that make halo awesome but, complete take away the progression system and flexibility that the old games had to offer. I will play this game a lot because it is fun but it needs a lot of changes if you want infinite to be viable for the next 15 years.
P.S. I will not spend a dime on this game until I feel like it is more player friendly and not designed to milk money out of its customers.
I’ve been playing more and haven’t joined the forum because the game is extremely fun, I’ve spent money on the battle pass, and I’m sweating to get on with it. About the game modes I also think we should be able to choose, I think today’s format works better when the game is older and doesn’t have many players. I’ve been having a problem in the lobby waiting for players forever, there should be an option to cancel the quest after that.
i would give it a 7/10. need more playlists, more maps. hopefully either more BR starts on playlists or make weapon spawns on maps permanent and don’t change them every game. Gameplay is good. but there is a lot that is needed to be added onto what we have now to make it a finished product.
in 2008 you either played H3 or MW2 sometimes both. but theres so many fps games out there today and battle royales that im not sure how long the player base will be willing to give to get what they want before they say ok ill just play something else then…

I couldn’t agree more. Less is not more when it comes to game content. Where is team doubles, king of the hill, lone wolf, and shottie snipers? With the amount of time and money that has been put into this game why can’t we have basic content that halo fans love?
