Gender, politics, and wokeness aside… those don’t matter (shouldn’t matter). 343 seems like it’s being run by a bunch of people fresh out of college without real experience, and it’s showing.
The game is dead. Season 2 and Season 3 by themselves are not enough content over the next year to keep people engaged.

A bunch of employee reviews from Glassdoor, revealed that upper Management at 343i are clueless and toxic.
Which is why people keep quitting.
I don’t even blame the multiplayer lead designer for the problems, because if he isn’t properly supported then a game can’t be made

We have companies that aren’t exactly known for their inclusiveness (to say the least) and they manage to put out sh… games regardless. So no - that’s not it.

Weeks to get BTB somewhat fixed. Weeks with no road map. Then we get an “update” signed by the Head of Creative for Halo Infinite, and in less than 24 hours we get the news that the Lead of Multiplayer Design is leaving…
Sounds like there was an oh $!*# moment at 343i.

Have you seen the glass door reviews. It basically says something similar. Alot of mismanagement no way to move up. They just kinda use you and abuse you than drop you after your contract if your not a type they can keep exploiting.

When you think of developers for a first person shooter like Halo, people like Bonnie Rose are not the first choice. It really feels like there is a whole other agenda being pushed in Halo Infinite instead of an actual halo game.
