Halo infinite multiplayer feedback

First off I love how the game looks,feels,plays, etc. Is a new refresher for the game series and honestly loved the game .

There are some issues that I wish it can be fixed in the future:

1.battle pass weapon challenges - there are some challenges that don’t register and /or even don’t register correctly these are randomly counting and sometimes not for example you get 5 kills with the pistol and it register 3 .

2.Battle pass specific game mode challenges- the only issue I have with this is that some missions are not in the play list meaning you need to randomly see if you get the game mode you need and worse thing is that imagine it took like 1 hour to get the game mode you need to win 3 and you lost and then you have to wait again to get the mode and try to win I fin that not fair, so i think that not fair to people that should be changed to play the game mode and if the playlist is released then those challenges to win would make sense.

3.Game modes- Recent update added one of my favorites modes fiesta is chaos there and love it added slayer , Swat ( i forgot how its call now) the mode with no shield and BR good modes , but like mentioned in the #2 if there are going to be specific game mode challenges the modes should be in the play list and recent update added specific modes to play challenges and we can do them but others not.

4.QuickMatch Ai- Players sometimes leave the game after the match started or what ever reason then you get and Ai team , the only thing that I don’t like about them is that I personally I think they function well for example : I was with a friend playing odd ball one of the teammates left and was replaced by AI guess what we where fighting the carrier and kill the carrier and when the Ai pick up the ball you know what it did? It pick up the ball and drop it the second it got it then did it again and again until it was killed because it didn’t know what to do , another example: playing slayer same thing the Ai sometimes is running there are 2 enemies in front of it and sometimes is like trying to choose who to shot , even sometime i saw it shooting an enemy pop their shield another enemy shot it and it stoped shooting to look at the other enemy and didn’t even shot.

I wish they can get a little buff not to make them broken but to make them reliable enough to have balance in the game because in a slayer match they are just free points.

5. Radar- this is something weird that sometimes Im seeing the radar it doesn’t detect anyone and then I get a guy from the back with a hammer sprinting and using thruster not detected by it don’t know if that’s an issue but I think that sometimes doesn’t detect enemies nearby that are sprinting etc.

6. Assassinations- there is none available for the moment but I hope they add it in the next update .

7.This is the last thing I wish it was on the game but I know it wont ever be the way it is but Ill write it anyways , the game let us purchase cosmetics with currency that you own in the game , they can be a limit how much you earn each week and we can purchase something using that currency but obviously there can be the premium stuff since the game it is right now has a battle pass and everything , but when I played halo 5 you did get currency to buy packs I know it was loot box randomness but I learn how to get the best of them and got everything that you could unlock with that currency by playing the game, but like I said I know it wont happened but I was hopping to see this here but when they changed to a free to play I knew what it was coming , but at least I can say the battle pass has great stuff for the price and since they don’t expire that A++ so I hope future battle pass comes with great stuff and some weapon exotics in them.

Since the multiplayer is free I wont say anything that people complain that some colors are needed to be purchased when they should be obtainable the prices are height for silly stuff, etc. all I can say is that is the game great is free it doesn’t requiere you to buy anything if you don’t want to, they are doing free events that give you cosmetics so that’s a++ and I hope to see more free events in the future.

Part 2
This will be my opinion on the game so far since the last post I made and didn’t mentioned a few things extra :

Battle pass

The battle pass challenges and progression (update) - one of the things I wish they can do something about is the loading to see the missions you have sometimes you have to wait like 2 minutes to load and some of my friends experience this as well and they have way better internet connection that I have and sometimes it loads for me and not for them and this is the first game that I see that to see the challenges every time I finish playing a match I have to wait to load and for me is a minor detail that I don’t like.

Challenges are the only way to level up the battle pass you get daily and weekly you don’’t get a little extra on how you do in game and/or if you play ranked or not , if you can say that the daily is saying play a match and that xp you’re getting for playing the game then I’ll say this with out weekly challenges left to do I feel penalized that I get less and less xp for the battle pass by keep playing the game when it should be th either way around like you get 300 for the first play of the day but then its decreasing and decreasing till it gets you 50 xp I mean why give the players less xp for playing continuously when it should be rewarding the player for continuing playing all I can say is they should increase from 50 to 100 xp at least this is becasue if you use a 2xp its now an hour at least if you play the game you can level up at least once in an hour but if you don’t have that then you need 20 matches to level up once and that’s ridiculously long to level up one and remember im saying this if you don’t have weekly challenges left

Now weekly challenges - I love that you get a ultimate challenge when you finish all of the weekly ons but issues I have with this are you’re giving missions for example some modes that you can’t choose and worse thing is to have a certain mode you can’t choose and have to win in it multiple times meaning you have to get lucky to get the mode and if you get it and lose then no progression there so that slow the progression on the pass and to get the ultimate challenge.

other thing in the weekly missions are that still to this day some of them they don’t progress when you do them and most of these are weapon challenges that you get kills with them and don’t progress when you finish a match.

I would love to see they add more daily missions at least if they are going to keep the 50xp then make another one o get a little more so the progression doesn’t feel like its penalizing people that is playing for hours, you can even add seasonal challenges that can be for everyone that purchase the pass and have a lot of xp you know stuff to keep players occupied a lot more than when they finish the weekly completely can do other stuff.

so this is the reason why I think that the battle pass system is not that good in terms of progression and if any one can say use a challenge swap for these missions all I can say to you is a challenge swap is to use use it on challenges that for example you don’t have the patience to do or you don’t like that weapons etc. If the game lets you choose the mode that you have missions for it then its your choice to do so, but if its like I mentioned and want to spend a swap because you don’t get the mode then I feel like robed and remember people trying to get the modes on quick play I see many people quitting the match before starting because they didn’t get the mode I experience it with a party of 2 that they where looking for stronghold match and they said to back out of the game so just hope in the future some of this gets changed.

Hit detection

I feel like sometimes hit detection is bad here I had issues where I had shot someone with the BR that wasn’t even moving and didn’t register a perfect shot other issue I had was the comando I had shot people on the head with out shields and its not registering the 1 shot kill, sometimes I see that melee hits don’t register properly , I was attacked by an energy blade and I don’t know what happened that the hit didn’t registered and that happens a lot I don’t know if it a collisions issue but I seen people when melee someone with no shields and doesn’t register as well .

Also the rockets sometimes doesn’t kill the enemy when shooting next to them only takes out the shields and sometimes its 1 shot them so it’s inconsistent sometimes .

The energy sword sometimes you see the icon red to strike the enemy and sometimes the character doesn’t go towards the enemy for the attack.

Energy sword vs hammer I feel like the hammer is useless now vs energy sword because the hammer has a very low swing and attacking at the same time sword wins now so I feel like the hammer should be able to swing it a little faster and sometimes you can swing that weapons the enemy is not even like 3 feet away and they don’t die and sometimes you get 1 hit by one for more far than that so damage there I don’t know .

The Ravager weapon I dislike I had a mission that I needed to kill 7( this was an issue because it wasn’t registering as well ) and I think it needs a little buff of the damage with out shield I been shot with it with no shields and haven’t die killing the enemy that had it , I had charge shot an enemy with no shield and still alive so that weapon is worse than the carbine in my opinion since the carbine has lock on when zoomed .

I personally hate the prices in this era of gaming just because they are expensive I know it has to be done since its a free game but I would like to see some day the prices would be more affordable to any one so people can buy more for less this is because if you are making any cosmetic that you can sell it infinite # of times so why not affordable so more people can buy it I know some people that would love to have certain things but since they are expensive they don’t buy it because of that , but is their choice if they want to keep it like that or a least tweak a little the prices .

This one I didn’t mentioned because I didn’t pay much attention to it now I see many people talking about it and was the body types , I know that people want to see better body shape for the Spartans for example to make a female spartan I don’t see the difference on the body type and I was like o yeah in halo 5 there where female body shape and all that but here they aren’t and to me at least I feel that they shouldn’t exclude them here for some reason but i wish they can add them in the future for many people that would want them.

Well in comparison from halo 5 the game had more to offer from the start than halo infinite in game modes story with multiplayer (even that I felt the story was changed by the last momentI) I would say by the end of the updates that halo 5 had over 200 armor types , 100 helmets, visors,etc. That you can unlock by just playing the game by purchasing packs by using in game currency that you get by playing the game, they where like loot box system but they where tricks to get the most of them and halo infinite feels like a little unfinished in the multiplayer part I know that in time can have a lot more in the future if they don’t mess it up and this could start by at least adding and fixing a few things and I know that many things here are not from the start and I feel like that the excuse to give future updates with those missing stuff but I hope they can make a few interesting maps, firefight, warzone ,weapons like the DMR for example and I loved that weapon.

Tons of lag, desyncs are HORRENDOUS I’ve seen times where my friends end up on the enemy team, and appearantly on his screen his team won but on our screen our team won. So that’s horrible given I guess in BTB it’s impossible to actually know If you won legit or lost legit. I’ve also ran into multiple hackers game after game after game. After all these errors with hackers, desyncs so bad you cannot fight or get a kill because SWAT becomes a 5 shot headshot to kill. Everytime I play a match Halo goes offline and I have to restart my whole game. This is becoming as fun of a time as The Red Ring Of Death

Yeah you’re right , there’s been tons of lag , desyncs are very horrible now and I didn’t even mentioned the big team battle that has been broken since day one that you can’t find matches sometimes and Im a fan of big team but I can’t play it sometimes because of an error.

I sometimes seen people complaining that they get shot by the side kick or other 1 shot kills weapons that they are sprinting and using thruster get killed behind a wall and I seen it happens to me that I run slide use thruster get to cover and somehow I got killed from behind a wall , I checked the replay and the guy wast’t even landing the hits it was way off .

As for the hackers I had seen videos that made me sad because there was a time there was no cross play when you play Halo every one uses a controller and had a console now there is cross play and some pc players decide to hack and ruin the experience of people not wanting cross play , for me in certain games I hate playing against keyboards and mouse just because of the fast you can move the crosshair and can turn faster than using max settings on the controller .

so I can understand people that want to turn off cross play and don’t play with pc so they should let the people choose if they want cross play on or off this should be added because I hate that they are forcing that if you don’t want to, yes I understand that is faster matchmaking and all but if that gonna even the odds to play and all some people I know they would turn it off.

So I just hope by the time season 2 start the game feels a little better than now but I still enjoy this game .
