Halo Infinite MoAppHang Crash

I’ve been having very consistent issues playing Halo Infinite on my laptop windows 11 computer. I’m getting crashes about 30 minutes of playing, regardless of graphics settings. The error logs mention that KERNELBASE.dll is causing the game to crash, causing a “MoAppCrash” event in Windows. A cursory search across the internet shows that many other PC players are having this issue. I’m playing through the Xbox game pass for PC, and I’ve tried all kinds of system optimizations (driver updates, software updates, restarts, clean installs, clean boots, etc) as well as uninstalling the multiplayer texture pack. My hardware (AMD 5900HX, 64 gb RAM, and Nvidia 3070 laptop GPU) should be more than capable of running the game on high graphics settings, and I can run other similar titles just fine (I can get ~120 FPS on Destiny). Loving the game, it’s just very difficult to enjoy it when I’m being lifted out of the action every half hour, not to mention that it makes multiplayer impossible to play. Are any other PC players out there having similar issues?

Been having the same issue as well. Have a 1080 Ti 8700K and 64GB RAM.

Man 30 minutes? I wish. I keep crashing every 20 minutes. Have to restart my game every 2 games if I don’t want to get banned for leaving games. 2070 non-super i5 9600k desktop.

I tried making a ticket aswell, but just got the same copy paste respons they give every ticket so no communication there I’m afraid.

Same problem, ever since launce the game crashes my PC when I start it up via de Xbox app on my PC (GamePass)
