So I’ve had all of the bugs so far not once has it been smoothed when coming to install this installation just to have another bug pop up and say attention your account is not authorised to play Halo infinite. even though I’ve been approved for at least a month and I got an invite only just today 2 hours before every problem started occurring. Now I really hope you guys can get this resolved before Saturday or you going to have more disappointed people

I’m having the same problem. Installed the game just to be told I don’t have authorization
Yeh same issue.
Got all the way to main menu and saying I’m not authorised to play. I am enjoying the new music though 
I had this but restarted and kept trying about 4 times then it let me in

I tried this but it’s still not working
Hard reboot your console. Go in settings > power > force shutdown
Restarting works??? Im on XBSX. I gotta be a persistent one then

You gotta indeed just try and restart several times, no panic needed. Hoh!

I’m having the same issue. got invited but now it’s saying i aren’t authorised
Make sure only your invited account is signed in. Logging out my other accounts made it work

the hard reboot just worked for me
Update:
After my third restart, I reopened the Halo Xbox Insider App, went into it, clicked the Infinite preview, then exited the app, loaded Infinite up again, and it worked. Probably just a coincidence rather than a fix, but possibly worth a shot for anyone still struggling. Good luck!
I have this same issue for PC on steam but no matter how many times I restart the game it wont go away. I also downloaded the preview on my X1 and it had this issue but it goes away once restarting the app, I just would have preferred playing on my PC for a better experience,
I’m having this same issue on PC. I tried restarting my PC, re-installing the game, and validating local files. Nothing has worked so far. I sent a support ticket of course. Fingers crossed we all get to play this weekend! If not…better luck next time I guess. I will say that it felt good to send a ticket. It feels like I’m contributing, lol
Had this issue on XSX, signing out while on the press start menu and signing back in seemed to fix it.
Just restarted and it gave me an update to do, hopefully it works for me after the update
