Halo Infinite Lost Account?

I had signed up for the Halo insider program for both XBOX and PC. I later received an email stating that I had been accepted into the insider program. Today when I finally got the email and clicked the link, I was told that I could not access the Halo beta. When I logged into my account I had found that it had completely changed. NONE of my data from Halo 5 or Halo 4 had been stored: I now had a new gamer tag. In essence I was given a brand new account, which had not signed up for the insider program and lost all of my previous data. Can somebody help me get my old account back with its data, so that I can join the Halo Infinite flight?

My new gamer tag is TeenSheet47311 and my previous gamer tag before the glitch was kjjPOL. I used my normal login info and still got the new account.

Sounds like you have 2 email addresses - one that’s tied to your main gamertag and another one you’ve used to sign up for flighting. It’s not possible to have 1 email address tied to 2 gamertags. You’ll need to find and log into Halo Waypoint with the email address that’s linked to your kjjPOL and check your Insider profile to make sure you haven’t set a different email address for flighting.

The bad news is that if you want to play on the flight this weekend, you’re going to have to use this new account. You can’t transfer flight access to another account. You’ll be able to play BTB next weekend on your main account though.
