Sale wise they should focus on Halo Infinite

the idea, sounds awesome, but personally I would like it better if they just kept making more games. Maybe add a little to infinite and then release another game? I just really hate the idea that it could be the last game.(besides, won’t people get bored of it eventually?)

The only thing I don’t like about this is that they’re going to start with a platform that is held back by the Xbox One. Are we going to get Xbox One support for Halo Infinite 5 years into the future? That honestly sounds horrible. Most people will have moved on to bigger and better things by then.

Another way of putting it is games as a service, which always works out so well…

Somehow, this news doesn’t make me feel better about the game.

Last Halo title because they’ve killed off the core fanbase that made it popular and nobody would want another halo game from 343

I had this same thought. I think it will be like Destiny where the 7th gen versions lost support at a certain point. I believe they never got the Taken King?

I really hope that they start expanding the universe through spinoff. I still really want a flood horror game.

They have literally said this is the last titled Halo game this is one game what will be constantly expanding

Games as a service is not my thing. It generally means they’ll load it full of micro transactions and dissect the games community with content blocking DLC.
Think Warframe, Destiny, Fortnite or Forza Horizon 4. Each fun games in their own right but none of them can really be considered masterpieces. Here’s hoping Infinite as Games as a Service is not happening or that they can execute it really well.

They can load it as long as they give us a way to earn it through gameplay also at a reasonable rate i dont care.
