Apologies if this kind of thing isn’t allowed here. I distinctly remember there being a Tech Support part of the forums but I can’t seem to find it now. I made a Support ticket but I’m desperate to get back into the game ASAP so I wanna see if anyone else has experienced this.
I have encountered this issue on PC where my profile won’t properly load in-game and it won’t allow me to load into online matches. The Player Banner in the top right corner of the menus perpetually loads and I am unable to access customization or the store. When matchmaking or using Custom Games it puts me into a match lobby and connects me to the server but it won’t load maps. After a few seconds of sitting at 0% loading it gives me the message of “There was a problem with the Dedicated Server. Please try again”.
I’ve tried signing in and out of XBL, reinstalling the game, running as administrator, port forwarding and restarting the internet.
I am able to boot up all Academy content on all maps so I don’t suspect its an issue with a corrupted installation.
Perhaps its an issue caused by the game not being able to sync my profile save file properly, but I have no idea how to make the game try to sync my profile up like it doe when you switch platforms for the first time.
Edit: I tried installing on Steam for funsies and Steam absolutely works despite my Xbox App version not working
