Okay I was having a BLAST when I first started playing, but after purchasing the game and having some more time with it, i find myself being more pissed off and aggravated more now when I play. Either be my team blatantly sucks and has no coordination or do they intend to work as a team and do the objective god forbid it’s not slayer, so losing at the last second when we were winning the whole game just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and to add insult to injury I’ll get 50 exp for that sh*t show of a game. Now the challenges and “xp grind” of the battle pass is just god awful,Some of these challenges are just so mitnotiness and specific as all hell but I bought the battle pass because of course all the good stuff is behind a pay wall, no leveling up and unlocking cool armor or any sorta ranking system at all outside of ranked and the battle pass, you cant pick the game mods you need for said challenges cuz they are all locked behind Rng of getting the right mode you need to even complete it which is so stupid. After buying the game I realised that I paid $60 for literally just the campaign which is ridiculous, $60 for a story mode?? Because apperently the multiplayer will be free to play from what I heard now that is the biggest scam ever. This game NEEDS some serious overhaul to make up for all this audacity of a “game” like 343 needs to step it up and stop killing Halo
How can you have just heard the MP is F2P? That’s literally been the line for months, maybe years.
The battle pass is a mess; that isn’t news either. Also it is now only 50xp after a fair few games (7 I think?) so although imperfect, that has been looked at.
Bad teammates not playing the objective is not a comment on the state of the game. 343i have already stated that Fiesta, FFA, Swat and Slayer playlists are coming tomorrow - yes it’s late, no it doesn’t warrant more threads.
I’m no shill - there are plenty of accurate criticisms for infinite - but some of the crying on this forum is getting seriously old; why start a new thread on topics there are now HUNDREDS of threads about?
I never heard anything about the multiplayer being free at all until I bought the game, I just think its stupid to charge full game price JUST for the story mode like it could have been cheaper if that’s literally all I’m paying for if the rest of the game is free to everyone else. It’s just ridiculous how the game hadn’t changed hardly at all since its been released. The playlist selection and slight xp modifications is barely anything. Like no new maps guns or anything from what the beta had to offer its just sad that this is what games have become now.
And i started a new thread because I can, and wanted to get my frustrations out and be heard, you dont have to agree with me at all I dont really care, you cant expect everyone to know what everyone else might or might not know just because you already know it
Point taken on this one - it’s just unfortunate that there are so, so, SO many threads about the same things. 343i have stated that feedback threads are more useful than lots of individual ones so I still think your concerns are better served with direct feedback are adding to other threads.
That said, let’s both just hope they implement the changes we’re all looking for.
