I play on PC on steam on a low end pc.
I’m from “South Asia - USD” region according to steam but Halo infinte is too overpriced compared to Halo MCC. I could buy MCC but can’t afford Halo Infinite. Hope 343 makes the game more affordable.

halo infinte just came out and will be 59.99 for a long time
MCC has been out for 2 or 3 years on pc now and is also on sale thru steams xmas sale.

You can try the Gamepass for 1 month thingy if it’s available in your region to enjoy the campaign untill it becomes more affordable for you.
The publisher sets the pricing and sometimes they forget or outright ignore regional pricing 
Game Pass for PC is not available for my region . Thanks for the suggestion though.

I don’t believe Microsoft has ever cared about regional currency conversions. Does Sony or Nintendo even care? All I ever see is 59, or 69, and it listed that way for other countries as well but a 59 game to you in your currency would convert to like 75-100 game if it was in US currency.
I may be ignorant, but I hear this one on all new game releases and it absolutely bugs me. Then again, when it’s not a region locked game or code then they get scalped and bought up and sold on G2A website or something.
