So I’ve already warned a ton of fanboys who were hyped about Halo Infinite, saying that it will be different from Halo 4 and Halo 5. They even said 343i listened to their fans. From what I can see in the Test Flight tells me what I needed to know:
- The voice of the AI sounds generic and has too many emotions. Similar to Isabel in Halo Wars 2. - Spartan voices sound very childish. It’s like 343i’s attempt to make them seem cool but again, they failed to do so. - Gunplay feels boring. Assault Rifle feels even weaker than Halo 3. - Game runs like crap even on an RTX 3070. Might be part of the Test Flight.The only good part in the Test Flight is the Armor. They look similar to Bungie’s Halo games except you have to pay for them this time. No doubt knowing 343i, they will put in Power Ranger armor later on. To conclude this discussion, 343i has no idea where they’re going with the game. I can’t wait to watch videos on the Campaign knowing it will be a generic copy and paste of Halo Combat Evolved without the engaging storyline.
