Halo Infinite - Insider will not launch on Steam

I’ve seen multiple posts about this from previous flights, so forgive me for the duplicate post, but I’m hoping someone has a solution to this by now that I haven’t found.

I spent all night downloading the Insider from the Steam key I got yesterday evening, hit launch this morning once it was done, it pops up that it’s loading for like a split second, then nothing happens and the stop button goes back to the play button like the game didn’t even launch. I checked for crash reports in the game files, and there isn’t any. I tried running as administrator like the other treads suggested, and still nothing…

I was so excited to get to play Halo for the first time in my life and now I’m stuck… HELP!

Edit: Trying to launch different applications in the game files gives me an error report: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002).

Finally figured it out before uninstalling because…Halo is not my cup of tea.

Click on gear icon on the library page of the Insider, select properties, go to local files, verify the integrity of the game files, and after scanning and finding over 6GBs of files that failed to validate…waiting for a few hours while it redownloaded and validated them, I was finally able to play.
