I’ve tried everything I could find and read online. I’m the only one signed in using the correct account. I have been invited and followed every instruction I could read on properly installing. I managed it fine the first flight playing on my Xbox one. But now I’m having this problem on my new Xbox series s, and yes I updated my profile in the sign up that I now own a series s. Please help it just tells me I’m not authorized when I should be

Same issue here. Says I’m not authorized but all my account info matches.

I desperately wanna play its really pushing me off I can’t even do weapon drills right now at the very least

I logged in not 30 minutes ago and played some training. Closed the game and when I tried to log back in I have the same problem as you guys.

Are your consoles set to instant on that allows quick resume ? I’ve read some have solved this by having a full boot up.

I’m getting authentication issues too. Is this what they meant by “testing infinite’s servers?”

I am also having an issue where it says my account is not authorized but I only use one account. I. On the one s. I have tried restarting my console and can’t even do the drills

I was having this problem all morning but finally got in just now… not sure what the problem is.

Update your console and then update your store. Now it works for me.

I just unplugged my xbox for the second time and plugged it back in, and now.it is working
