You must have missed my post - it seems you didn’t read it at all.
You paid for cosmetics upfront and got all the content as opposed to paying for it every month. Yes I understand that.
What’s that got to do with me paying for something I already paid for?
Hazop came out in 2010. It’s now being resold for $20. Like WTF?
Well if we paid for cosmetics then nothing has changed
Your stance is that I’m cheap, narcissistic and stupid for not wanting to fork over $20 for cosmetics.
That’s a very insulting and ignorant take. You didn’t even try to understand my reasoning.
Infinite’s multiplayer is free
Funny. But what you’re missing is how paying for things has been setup.
It’s much different from the early 2000s.
Trust me. It pays to pay attention to the way things work around here.
Really they don’t take credit anymore?
I think I see what you mean but not really. I link my card up to my account and I buy what they have to offer. Hasn’t it always been like that?
Maybe you mean what they’re selling us has changed. Yes I agree with that completely
Can you not troll please? I’m not gonna respond to you further if you keep pretending like you don’t get it.
Okay so all joking aside…
How do you want infinite to run? Like normal halo, pay $60 for campaign/multiplayer and have some DLC maps here and there?
I think that process gave us multiple halos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5… I personally feel like they just want this to be the one halo they build off. I’m sure everyone knows that, but how would it be done? In what direction should they go? I guess they went the micro transactions direction
I’d very much like it to go back to the traditional dlc system but I have a sneaking suspicion of the current model being the norm for a good while.
All I want is for the armor from previous titles to be earning in the main game and not a store item. Especially not for $20. And for the progression to not be utter pain. Halo 5’s progression was better than this.
I’d like to assume this would be a very easy change but life tends to be a lot harder than expected. Can’t always get what you want when you want it. After they get the store and progression fixed up, then they can start focusing on whatever they need to.
I’m retired with more time and $ than I know what to do with.
I think infinite should recognize classic halo fans and at least grant them with mark vi armor.
I got a mark vi nameplate and sticker for completing MCC halos
That’s like when chief finished the fight in halo 3…
Great here’s a nameplate and a sticker
343 needs to figure out that 99% of their players don’t care about competitive playlists and just play Halo for fun and nostalgia. Since Reach, I have always loved assassinations. They need to put them back asap, and just have a tap to back smack and hold to assassinate, or disable in options. It’s not rocket science.
I think they’re working on it. I thought this was because melee needs fixing. I’ve gotten and seen some wacky back smacks
Trust me, same. I sniped a guy twice in the back, back smacked them twice, then unloaded half my AR ammo into them, and they lived, turned around, meleed me once in the front and I died. The netcode in this game is garbage. I also lunged with a sword to kill a guy, and he back smacked me from the front. I even lost many melee fights from punching a guy three times and him only having to hit me once or twice.
Here’s a great video someone posted on it, and the comments are also worth reading ttps://youtu.be/S6KItr22SDk
The experience of using those cosmetics if one were to spend $0. That doesn’t sound like a lot of fun. A large part of the Halo customization that players know and love would go out the door, locked behind a ridiculous paywall
No, that’s not my stance. You aren’t a victim here.
I said that complaining about paying $20 for a cosmetic is cheap, that expecting 343 to completely change Infinite’s Item Shop (because you say so) is narcissistic, and having such an attitude is stupid.
You not wanting to purchase said item for that amount is a logical, rational, and mature approach to take. Stomping your feet, whining about how much something costs, and demanding that a company do what you say is lame as hell.
Lol “Just trust me bro”
Maybe… but that is 100% subjective. No one cares if you are having fun - people care about themselves having fun - and lots of people will gladly pay $20 to experience that fun.
Again, if you don’t like it, don’t pay. But don’t ruin this for everyone else, just because you don’t like it.
