I think having truly dynamic enemy reactions to certain playstyles would be a great thing to add to Infinite, but the technical challenges of implementing it in an open-world would hinder it by a large degree. Let’s say that you arrive at the top of the “minecraft-platform” in the gameplay demo with a rocket launcher - all of the enemies in the vicinity once they see it should fall back as much as possible while becoming more aggressive with ranged weaponry. And if you were just going to run around with the Sidekick and not kill anyone at all while rushing to the AA gun, that should provoke a completely different reaction - Most of the enemies could try to rush the player and use much more melee-oriented tactics while attempting to cut off any points of escape.
If this idea was ever on the table during Halo Infinite’s development, this would’ve been definitely made an exclusive to the high-end PCs and the Series X versions.
I think it’s a little late in development to get new ideas implemented into the game. At this point 343 is just polishing and hopefully retweaking the arts design of the game to closer resemble the trailers and not play-mobil

To be honest I feel this could already be in the game since from what we saw in the gameplay reveal the brutes mainly but all enemies seemed to be very reactionary.

Eh, that’s just only better visual feedback from enemy fire, a very great improvement over previous Halo games.
