I claimed 4 of the HCS drops, only one in my account, twitch support says it’s Halo’s problem, Halo says it’s Twitch’s problem. Basic bot responses every time I put in a ticket. Anybody else have similar problems?

Yeah, I’ve tried everything including contacting twitch and halo. It seems there is no hope.

Yeah, my AR skin didn’t show up, and I didn’t get the pose thing for watching grand finals (even though I did). It didn’t surprise me at this stage, but I don’t like the skins or pose enough to really care anymore. Hope you get them in the end
yep. i watched the whole event but was not awarded the hcs celebration stance, quite frustrated with these bugs…
