I’m writing this after coming back from a call with my ISP. As it turns out, there is no DDOS protection.
Multiple times today in ranked I had my internet drop out, both happened to be in games where myself and my team were winning. No internet at all, and my entire system was affected and needed to reset my router to go online again. I called up my ISP to be told at two points during the day, my modem received a tonne of traffic through its system causing it to drop. This happened during the same time I was playing my ranked games.
I’d heavily implore everyone to take extra care playing your ranked games, as it appears we’re all vulnerable to DDOS attacks.
