Has this ever happen to anybody? The game will have these green lines leading from the grenades when you throw them. This has happened a few times when playing the game.

Yeah, this happened to me once. Once it started happening in multiplayer, I switched to Campaign and it was happening there too. It’s just some kind of bug. After restarting the game, it went away. Other people have reported it too, though the tracer color isn’t always green.

Green lines?
You mean the small light that shows visually that the grenade is armed while flying through the air, waving behind the grenade like a little flag banner in the wind?

I had this yesterday. Have also seen pink lines.
i have red lines i have this since 2 or 3 days ago, i first thought it was a color setting, maybe it is one as a test
