It had a hell of a lot of potential that was just thrown out the window. It’s a shame…
Infinite got me back into warframe after a 3+ year hiatus, it also got me back into ace combat, MW2019 and battlefield. I’ll take anything over getting randomly shot through walls bc of desync

The weapons will not be obtainable forever, but since they were just released, they should be obtainable for a long time. Be advised the meta changes regularly in D2. A weapon that is relevant now may become irrelevant or unusable in the future.

I’ve been on the fence about going back to D2 but I just can’t stand the nu-Bungie and their idea of what PvP should be and the vaulting etc you name it. In fact, nu-Bungie and 343 actually competes which one is more incompetent and arrogant towards their customers. At the moment it seems like they share the top #1 together.

Those Bungie 30th anniversary weapons sure aren’t hurting. BxR-55 that can figuratively BxR was all I needed to get back on.

Destiny is the worst game out there when it comes to monetization. MTX, expansions, season passes, taking out content that was paid for.
I played that game at release before it went F2P ended up taking a break because the season pass they sold was not worth it then they come out with 40 dollar “expansions” not included in the pass and I was out.
Game pass comes along and says oh you can play the expansions now so I’m like “cool I’ll check things out” then I discover the OG campaign was gone, all the dlc areas I paid for were gone, base game areas were gone, then I get to the expansions and there are characters who were introduced in the season passes because apparently that had story content that was extremely relevant to the overall story and is no longer accessible so I’m out here wondering who tf some of these people are, why a certain character I killed was all of a sudden alive and why I’m not trying to kill him again and I’m overall just left with the feeling of “Wtf is all of this?!”
anyway rant over. Destiny sucks and is not better than Infinite in terms of its business model and that game should not be an example of a game we should be looking at and saying its doing things better because it is the most anti consumer product in gaming.

I couldn’t stick with Destiny 2 since I didn’t find the gameplay or story rewarding. It felt like a generic mmo, if that’s what you like then kudos.
