Halo infinite game crashes on launch

So i got the key few days ago and downloaded the game on steam and when i launched i got the following errors:
Could not find compatible Graphics Device due to the following missing feature:
Hardware Tiled Resources Tier 2…
Resource Binding Tier 3
Shader Model 6
Please ensure you have a DirectX 12 compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer.
Graphics Device does not meet the application’s minimum specifications

but the thing is i have a DirectX 12 capable igpu and have used it to play tomb raider, watch dogs legion and fortnite with directX 12 before sooo any help fixing this?

And yes i have tried this method: https://www.reddit.com/r/halo/comments/oucvfb/psa_directx_12_compatible_graphics_adapter_launch/ but it didn’t work either. Intel hasn’t released a driver with any fixes or even a driver with DirectX 12 included with it for a long time and they said its out of support.
