Halo Infinite Forge PC UX Feedback

Hello! I’m extremely excited to start Forging in Halo Infinite, I wanted to provide some bits of feedback for any coming updates that could hopefully be added to improve the UX experience to hopefully improve people’s workflow as possible suggestions.

So my first suggestion would be adding an X button when opening the context menu(such as object properties, folders, etc). This is so I can avoid having to take my hands off the WASD keys and just quickly close the properties window.
Also to note, at the moment we cannot change any movement inputs in the settings for when we’re in forge mode. I would like to change the up/down movement keys to be like how Unreal Engine does it where I can use WASDQE…

Another possible suggestion would be to allow for clicking and dragging of numbers in the properties window where I can click and drag say the X - Axis position in the properties window and change its value without having to type in the new value and without having to click and hold on the left/right arrows. This feels better to manipulate when making adjustments.

So far VERY happy with how Forge is at the moment and I’m excited to see where it goes!

Wanted to also point out a frustrating bug after messing with the forge mode is when clicking on a transform gizmo’s axis for say translation, it will sometimes grab all 3 axis instead of the one I actually clicked on so then I will try to undo the change(which is another bug, it will either undo back 2-4 moves/changes or in rare instances, completely change the transform information to be something else that I never once set it to)

Also if there’s anybody else that has feedback, please add to this thread so 343 can see your feedback! Better to say something that helps rather than say nothing and stay frustrated with issues.
