First off I want to thank 343 for inviting me to test it out, whereas I had a great time I did come across so issues. Here they are:
- Gameplay at parts seemed to be stuttering.
- The UI seemed the be buggy - textures went blurry at times and some things were not loading in (armour)
- at times when equipping something in the armoury it didn’t save - when I backed out none of the armour I equipped was on
- More default colour coatings for Launch e.g black
- plasma pistol can kill over crazy distances
- I’m hoping that challenges can tie in with armour unlocks - maybe unlock a set throughout completing challenges
- Drop wall didn’t seem to effective and felt useless at times. (Deploying it felt a little too slow and I don’t like the fact that it’s so easy to break) Bring back bubble shield, this allows for more team use and it’s more affective
- heatwave seemed weak and needs a buff
- I like the sidekick and would love to see it in game along with the magnum.
- I want to see grenade jumps make a return
- would love to see the gravity hammer knock people back and make them go flying again
what I liked:
-Armour looks absolutely amazing
- I really like the sidekick and The MA40 AR
- Love the UI and how it shows your character and fireteam
- maps are great and flow really nice
- grappleshot is so fun
- The bots are actually challenging
- lovely blend of gameplay
- Having A.I’s are extremely cool

Lets start with the pros:
- I love the graphics and how they are kinda photo-realistic and are trying to make things look as real as possible. The colors are more natural and believable.
- The armors and weapons actually look real or believable. Some of the previous games just had crazy looking armors that looked stupid and like they’re trying to be graphic design projects vs an armor that you’d expect to see a soldier wearing. The main thing I want out of the game is believability. I want things to look and feel real. I get its a sci-fi game, but i like things to be a non-fiction as possible. A great example of this is the TV show the Expanse. This game does kinda does that now whereas some previous games were wayyy to sci- FI.
- The equipment doesnt seem overdone, abilities seem more like extra tools, vs ultra powerful abilities. I felt like 4/5 got too involved with the abilities and they became way too powerful and the game was just about who can use their powers the best which is not something I want out of a first person shooter. Shooting should be the main focus with everything else just a tool.
- the pace/maps, the pace seems to have slowed down a but since previous games which I like. I like slower paced games where you kinda take your time more vs the games that are just about spawn sprint die, spawn sprint die, and how fast you can repeat those things.
*The Ui and ability to change colors and HUD is great and makes sense since youre a spartan with power armor. Thats a cool feature thats been needed
Some of the Cons

I feel like the time to kill is a little low. I felt like players are killed too fast and its currently more about reflexes than it is tactics/aim/and maneuvering. I liked the halo 2/3/reach era where you could take on multiple opponents head on and win if youre bette than them cause of how long the engagements could last due to the ability to take more rounds. Whereas in this flight, I felt like if I turned a corned into 2 enemies I didnt even have time to duck back into cover due to the time to kill being so low.

Specifically the frag grenades when dropped from a dead player look as though they are live. They light up and have a glow to them so you cant tell what grenades are live and which ones are able to be picked up. There were several instances where I would see a player die, and then a grenade would hit the ground in front of me and I would thing its a live grenade so duck away only to realize its not live and just glowing.

The animations for the spike grenades need to be a little different. Its currently hard to kinda tell a spike grenade from a frag after they are thrown and when they explode.

Battle rifle seems slightly under powered currently.
*The three round burst carbine like rifle from he covenant seems a little OP, mainly with damage done to non-shielded opponents.
*grenade throw distance is way too short, I feel like you can barely throw a grenade distance wise at all. Youre a spartan in power armor, you should be able to yeet those things across the map if you want to but currently you can barely throw one across your office room.
A really small detail but one that impacted my gameplay was the lack of a “hold to clamber” setting (just like from Halo 5). I died quite a few times from my muscle memory failing me so I would love to see holding to clamber return as a control setting.

What I like on the flight:

The soundtrack is awesome I got this feeling of new adventure mixed with Halo CE, Halo 2 and Halo 3 feeling it is just awesome what you have done to the soundtrack - The gameplay is smoth and I have a lot of fun - The BR is just amazing!!! - The spartan customization ist perfect - The grapple it is good, 3 times for use it is fair, but I think It could be faster - The sound of the guns firing is amazing - The IA are really funny hahahaha - The maps are amazing - The multiplayer bots (ODST) are amazing just imaging having this kind of IA in the NPC on the halo infinite campaign OMG that legendary will be tough!!! but fun!What I don’t like:

The color of the shield it is too red or too blue sometimes I couldn’t see the armor of the enemies by that shield effect - The skewer it is so slow I mean it is powerful but only 8 shoots and the time reloading it take a lot - I think the main menu will look better if it could be like the mcc more interactiveAnd I think that is all for me

the only issue for me is, i unfortunately have poor vision. i love how much accessibility there is and all the settings we can change to help me see, however i would love if we could have some settings to change for the radar/motion tracker. i struggle to see this but if we had a choice to change the radar to the halo 3 radar (which i can see fine) .
I think there could be many options to consider, i.e make the radar bigger/smaller, change colours, opacity etc or even have the option to select a radar from any of the previous halo games.
other than this i really enjoyed this flight and am looking forward to more in the future.
Bonjour très heureux d’avoir été sélectionné. Pas de soucis particulier pour moi si ce n’est les textures dans le menu du jeu au départ.
Les bots ont un très bon gameplay.
Les armes sont top .
Les textures rien à redire.
La nervosité du gameplay me plaît beaucoup.
Quelques bug au lancement des partie avec un retour au menu mais rien de bien méchant.
Les cadavre qu’on voit au lancement de la partie pendant la vidéo ou l’on voit notre équipe.
Rien d’autres a dire , pour moi c’était parfait et il me tarde déjà le prochain flight…
