So I came home from College to download Halo Infinite, I got the notification in my inbox and got the steam code, but when I put the steam code into the activation tab, it said it was already used. I typed it out/copy and pasted it and still no dice. Could I get some help?
Submit a support ticket.
They are aware of the duplicate code issue. Submit a support ticket and hope. They tweeted about it last night.
343 are aware of issues with duplicate/invalid Steam keys and will be addressing this.
