Halo Infinite Flight: Xbox console

So, I’ve been reading the forums and it seems that everyone is having issues with getting into Flight. I clicked the link via the email and it takes me to a page that never loads. Any suggestions?

Also, what do I need to download on the console to be ready for the activation keys?
