I was super stoked to try out the next flight for Halo Infinite but when I went to redeem the key it says it’s already been activated and it’s a duplicate, is there a way to get in contact with 343 support and get another?

Yes, download instructions and such will be available when the flight goes live (Thursday night US time).

Steams keys for Infinite haven’t gone out yet, what you’re looking at will be for a previous flight - either MCC or Infinite Tech Preview 1. At the end of each flight Steam keys get revoked which is why you’re seeing this message. Keys for this weekend’s flight won’t be going out until later this week,
