I think on halopedia. I think you listed them all. I miss the winter fest event where you didnt have to grind to get the armor, you just had to log in and play a match to progress the event.

I recall Winter Contingency being ridiculed for its approach to unlocks due to the nature of how you could only unlock one tier a day.
Something like you could skip 4 days but if you skipped a 5th you were sol?

I remember being told I wouldn’t have to experience FOMO because all events and store items are supposed to return. Yet here I am bummed I didn’t get the Zeta Mk. VII helmet because I was cooling down after being so fed up with the game I took a couple months off from playing Xbox entirely lol.
I think tactical slayer will come back at some point so you might still be in luck
