Back in Halo 2, it was so fun to play as Chief and then suddenly see the aesthetic of your troops, weapons, and surroundings change when you switched to Arbiter. I used to love playing as the Covenant in Halo 2, and when this was no longer a option after (With the TECHNICAL exception of 3) it was very upsetting. That being said, I think you can understand where I am going with this. I really hope that with current tech, and what I think is 343i trying to go back to the original style of Halo from the looks of the trailer and what looks like Allied units maybe playing a more important role in this game, that we can feel the feeling we did when we were younger and we got our hands on the Arbiter for the first time back in Halo 2.
A suggestion, perhaps, is if the Flood is the enemy of Halo Infinite then maybe have the Arbiter and the Swords of Sanghelios join Chief in trying to destroy the Flood that remain on Installation 07? Also would love to hear feedback, kind of curious if I am the only one who feels this way.
I personally prefer fighting Elites, but as long as the Promethean Soldiers are improved to make their combat more engaging, it’d definitely be fun to fight alongside them again.

We might go back to brutes and flood too, so hopefully it won’t just be prometheans down my crosshairs.

If there is; they better be interesting, not look like something that doesnt exsist in Halo, and NOT chrome and orange.

Hmm… I think I see what your getting with this? Not a bad idea, anything to make me not shoot chrome and orange enemy’s that look the EXACT same between games and their environment.
Sounds good but I’d actually like an entire game from the Covenant’s perspective as a spin off.
I am, obviously, on board with the idea of play as Elites in the campaign (and multi-player).
I don’t believe they’re going to add an Elite campaign as they said they want to keep the game chief focused.
