Halo Infinite does not remember UI/Accessibility settings on Xbox One X

It can remember my controller settings, fov, and target frame rate, but nothing in UI and Accessibility. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do about it?

If it matters, I play between PC and the One X often and the PC never has this problem.

Look up known issues on support site, if not there submit a ticket so 343 can look into it, changed one x to series s as no series x available at the time and not had that issue
