Hello all I am here in Wisconsin, ever so eager awaiting the release of Halo Infinite.
Believe it or not mostly all the Xbox X Series consoles sold out over a few days which is sad news for any who wanted to get a taste of the new generation of gaming consoles.
This year has been one of the worst for humanity, the current pandemic has stripped us all of everything but a fiber of hope we have left for the release of a new Halo title sure to earn its place in the Halo franchise.
I pose a question to those reading this, do you think if 343 released a playable 2 level demo for $3.11 that people would buy and play it? I personally think it would be a welcome idea considering the developmental issues with the new Halo game.
My thinking would be since we can’t yet experience the game in all its glory that they release that demo to let people who’ve had a terrible year feel some kind of joy. Now more than ever does Microsoft and its game developers need to show its loyal fans a beacon of hope.
It’s just a thought.

I believe it would be a good idea to have a demo like we currently have in MCC as Halo Flight. This helps 343i gather necessary data and also quell Halo Communities thirst.
BUT & its a BIG BUUUT I think they will just simply release the Game later 2021. I will buy the game whether its good or bad & I will wait. On sour note 343i silence about the armor coating issue has been a huge pain. On top them removing the Classic Magnum & Shotgun is my biggest disappointment. They know the backlash they got for removing the Classic Rocket Launcher in H5 but seems they have forgotten about it already. But I am still optimistic that since the games was delayed I hope they change the model for the Magnum back to the Classic.

On topic, demo’s are kind of a strange situation right now, especially for a game that is going to release on Game Pass. A free demo will go a long way to giving the player a chance to form an opinion and get an idea of what to expect without running the risk of AU$100, but at this point, so does a free trial of Xbox Game Pass. It almost seems pointless to spend that extra time on the demo when game pass is a thing.
A beta on the other hand could go either way, to generate hype it needs to be fun with no technical problems. But for it to be a beta, it will have technical problems. I honestly don’t see the point of public betas unless it’s somewhat early on and can make a difference.

I always thought that there would be an Insider build of the game at some point, much like there has been with the other Halo games going to PC. The Insider program has been an effective tool for 343i.

Gosh I posted that comment at like 2am and I completely forgot about the insider program. If they can set it up for Infinite, that’s seems like an obvious route.
