I heard somewhere that Halo Infinite was going to be the launch game for the next gen Xbox in 2020. But could we get a demo for Halo Infinite in 2019?
The reason why I theorize this is because its possible. If you like at Spiderman ps4 before it came out, the demo came out in E3 2017 when the game launched in 2018. Not to mention that it also released in-game teases two years before that just like Halo Infinite is did last E3.
So it could be possible that Halo Infinite could give us a demo in E3 2019 then release in E3 2020.

This is merely an unsubstantiated rumor. Infinite is only confirmed to be in development for Xbox One family of consoles, as well as Windows 10.

Considering we haven’t even gotten a gameplay trailer yet, I doubt a playable demo would be at this year’s E3. Unless by “demo”, you mean a gameplay demonstration, aka a gameplay trailer.
I’m expecting at least some form of gameplay. Maybe not a full demo, that’s probably gonna happen next year if it’s releasing 2020.
I have honestly been expecting infinite to do the breath of the wild thing (cross gen launch title) since last e3. If it was launching in 2019 we would know by now i think and if its 2020 they mind aswell wait a bit longer for new hardware. My only concern is that the x1 will hold the game back but hopefully the new engine can easily scale resolution maybe even fps to make it run well on old systems while still taking full advantage of new hardware. I am hopefull that we will get to play by end of 2019 or early 2020 for flighting programs/beta. I am fairly sure however it will not be playable at e3 2019 tho.
If you expect Infinite in fall 2020, then the only realistic hope to have is a behind-closed-doors showing of the game at this year’s E3.
Because the game director will speak at this E3, I’m already psyched though.
