Halo Infinite crashes way too often

I don’t know why this happens, but every 4 or 5 games, I crash (without any other apps open), and I can’t even use Discord while in conjunction with Halo Infinite. I have a i7 7700k and GTX 1070 and have everything on low or off and squeeze out 120+ FPS, but somehow, Halo Infinite keeps crashing. I don’t know why this happens, and it’s super frustrating because I can’t explain why I suddenly “leave” a ranked game, get penalties, etc.

Now, what really sucks is that instead of focusing on these issues (among many, including server optimization), 343 Industries focuses on really useless things, like BTB matchmaking. I still have issues with BRB, I mean BTB, matchmaking, so in the end, there wasn’t any fixes at all. I don’t know why Halo Infinite doesn’t fix these issues, but it really sucks that PC crashes so often and it seems like there’s no feedback from 343 on any PC optimization (BTB matchmaking still isn’t really improved tbh) to actually make the game playable.

Same issue, I keep getting crashes when playing either BTB or Fiesta, over an over again. And of course I get banned afterwards

I used to crash fairly often. I read somewhere that turning off the HD mutliplayer files in Steam was a fix, so I did (there’s a box you can uncheck in the game’s DLC folder). I don’t think I’ve crashed a single time since I did that.

I had to turn down my ram from 3200mhz to 3000mhz and it fixed my crashes

Yeah it crashes after every match and if get behemoth bam… instant crash
